Method:

1) Blend all the ingredients together in your blender until smooth

Strawberry Lassi

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients:

➢ 1 cup low fat plain yogurt

➢ ¼ cup low fat milk

➢ 9 strawberries (rinsed and hulled)

➢ 3 ice cubes

➢ 2 tablespoons white sugar or sweetener

Method:

1) Cut 3 of the strawberries into small chunks and put to one side

2) Blend the sweetener and the rest of the strawberries together for around 30 seconds

3) Add the milk and blend for a further 30 seconds

4) Add the yogurt and blend for another minute

5) Place one ice cube in each of three tall glasses

6) Pour the blended mixture over the ice cube and top with the strawberry pieces

7) Serve immediately
